To apply for admission to the Continuing Care Assistant Program at the Centre for Health Studies, you must have graduated Grade 12, or hold a GED or mature student status. International students are required to have a valid Student Visa, medical insurance, and are expected to have a minimum Level 8 competency of the English Language.  

Application Procedure

Complete instructions and detailed information about fees and deposits can be found on the application form.  You should submit the following materials at least one month prior to the beginning of your program start date:

• Completed application form
• Application fee (non-refundable)
• Official transcripts from all secondary and post-secondary schools attended
• Police check indicating the absence of a criminal record
• One letter of reference
• 250 word essay indicating career goals
• Seat deposit (applied to tuition)
